Rental Details · Rental orders can be placed online through or WORLD of PRODUCTS website: www.fellowscreations.com/shop . A “Rental Code” is used to adjust the prices; please contact us for the current code and instructions for ordering your rentals. You may log in and place the items in your basket, so they are ready for order.
· Most rentals are 40% off the retail price
· All rentals must be pre-paid prior to the event. Payment may be in the form of cash (in person), cheque, Paypal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or debit (through Paypal ONLY). If you pay with a cheque, it must clear before the rentals are picked up/delivered; please allow 10 days for your cheque to clear.
· Some items are available at FCCG for viewing/purchase; many will need to be ordered before your event. Orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Rush orders may be placed for an additional fee (to cover rush delivery charges). Please allow as much time as possible for placement of your order – the more time we have, the better in case your item sells out or is on back order; additional time will be required to choose and order replacements.
· Items may be delivered, picked up and/or set up by FCCG (Fredericton area rentals only); see rental agreement for fees. Rentals from other locations MUST be delivered and the return shipping is the responsibility of the individual renting the items.
· Rentals are for a period of up to 1 week, and must be returned by the “return date” listed on the rental agreement. Additional “shipping time” is allowed for rentals that must be shipped to us from greater distance; a tracking number is acceptable proof of the shipping date.
· A non-refundable deposit is required to place a rental order; it is included in the order cost and will be refunded (less costs for damaged/missing items) when the rentals are returned. |
